Create a branch to a smaller pipe size with ease
The John Guest® Reducing T is designed to connect two equal-sized pipes while creating a branch to a smaller pipe diameter. This makes it ideal for distributing compressed air or other media to smaller outlets without the need for additional reducing fittings.
Thanks to John Guest push-fit technology, the pipe is simply pushed into the fitting. The unique collet locking mechanism securely grips the pipe without damaging it or restricting flow. The connection is completely leak-tight, fully demountable and can be installed without tools.
Manufactured from high-quality acetal (POM) and fitted with nitrile (NBR) O-rings for reliable sealing, the Reducing T is suitable for both plastic and copper pipe. It is designed for compressed air, vacuum, inert gases and potable water applications, with a maximum working pressure of 10 bar.
